"Why haven't you posted any more?"

Map the Future is on a brief hiatus. After a lot of frustration, I've discovered that I can't get Blogger to do all the formatting and other functions I need in order to make this online book experiment work. So I am going to re-host the blog using a different tool. Look for a re-launch in January 2006. In the meantime, look through the material I already posted, and feel free to make comments. They'll be preserved then the blog gets re-launched.
